Job Summary
Manage club operations by supporting members with PureGym standards, conducting safety and cleanliness inspections, and executing promotional activities like flyer distribution. Act as the right hand to Gym Management by gathering market intelligence, assisting in strategic planning, and leading performance improvement initiatives. Maintain club areas to ensure all quality requirements for safety and health protection are met while embodying the PureGym spirit across the facility. Requires a certified fitness instructor qualification, B2 German/English proficiency, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts. Offers a free membership for the candidate and a chosen person, plus 25 vacation days and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifikation als Fitnessinstruktor mit Anerkennung durch Qualitop Schweiz
- hohe Affinität zu Sport, Fitness, Gesundheit und Verkauf
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- zeitlich flexibel, auch für Einsätze abends und an den Wochenenden
- hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft, stellvertretende Aufgaben des Gym Managements zu übernehmen
- Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Arbeitsbereitschaft im Team
- Motivation, neue Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Selbstständigkeit
