Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focused on leading day-to-day store operations, developing and mentoring staff, recruiting top talent, and driving profitability. Responsible for promoting a customer-centric environment, partnering with the Store Manager, analyzing financial statements, managing asset protection, inventory, and loan processes, and ensuring adherence to FirstCash standards. Position includes an hourly wage with a commission structure (2-8% potential) and bonuses tied to store performance; offers comprehensive benefits, earned wage access, vacation accrual, 401(k), and education reimbursement for eligible full-time employees. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week
- Cash handling experience is required
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems
