Job Summary
Ensure restaurant compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, and safety standards. Provide leadership to the team to maintain superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while enforcing all company policies. Operate within established guidelines for food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth to ensure profitability. Coordinate operations game plans, manage qualified staffing, and oversee continuous training for Assistant Managers and Shift Managers. Actively participate in local restaurant marketing, promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives, and maintain accurate reporting. Represent the brand professionally and communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding business issues. Maintain equipment in full working order and report problems immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Open availability - ability to work weekends and some nights required
- Cash handling skills required
- Familiarity with Microsoft office required
- Top notch customer service skills
- Ability to lead and develop a strong team
- 1+ years of management experience
- Understand and be able to manage food and labor costs
- Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability
- Possess a positive attitude
- Be ready and willing to manage their team and serve customers, every day with a smile
- Be able to hire, train and motivate a high performance team
