Job Summary
Assistant Manager for Financial Services overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual closing, financial controls, and process improvements; handles rebate and claim management via Price fx with SOX compliance; leads AR closing for AMEA, drives customer reconciliation and dispute management, and provides proactive risk management; supervises a team of 3-4, ensures audit schedules and data requests are met, maintains visual dashboards and metrics, and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders. Requires M.Com/ICWA/CA with 5-8 years of AR experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role; proficient in MS Word/Excel/PPT and Google Sheets; strong written/spoken English; familiarity with Mfg Pro, Oracle Fusion, Price fx, and SFDC; capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- M.Com/ICWA/CA with 5-8 years experience in Accounts Receivable and at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role in MNC or Shared Service organization
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, closing and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience with Price fx software and ERP systems such as Mfg Pro, Oracle Fusion
- Ability to lead a team and manage deadlines
