Job Summary
Assistant Manager – Financial Risk Control in Sri Lanka. Drive daily revenue audits across hotel outlets, prepare and review financial reports, and perform compliance checks to ensure internal controls and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include system reconciliations between PMS (Oracle OPERA), POS, accounting software, and payment gateways; provide accurate financial insights, variance analysis, and risk-control guidance to aid strategic decisions. Requires experience in Income Audit or Financial Risk Control within hospitality, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with Oracle OPERA PMS and POS systems. Located in Colombo, Sri Lanka; role is on-site with standard hospitality-office hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Income Audit or Financial Risk Control within the hospitality industry
- Good analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of revenue controls, compliance procedures, and financial reporting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with hotel systems such as Oracle OPERA PMS and POS systems
