Job Summary
Assistant Manager - Financial Management role in Gurugram leads Lease Administration and teams to deliver Lease Administration Financial Management services for JLL clients. You will manage a team of Lease Analysts, act as Account Oversight, review monthly reporting packages (variance and portfolio summaries), support transition of new accounts, ensure adherence to timelines, drive cost avoidance and cost savings, maintain compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The position emphasizes team leadership, mentoring new members, audits and process testing, data accuracy, and strong stakeholder communication. Requires university-level finance/commerce background (MBA/PMP preferred) with at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office and lease accounting concepts.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduates/Post Graduates (Commerce / Finance Background) or equivalent work experience in lease administration
- Minimum five (5) years’ industry experience in corporate/third party service provider/consultant environments
- Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in using a property management/lease administration system
- Proactive team leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook)
