Job Summary
Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring outstanding customer service and developing long-lasting client relationships through active outreach via email, phone, and text. Maintain an active sales floor presence to coach staff on building strong client connections while optimizing profitability and efficiency. Oversee all store operations, including open and close checklists, shipments, and payroll integrity, ensuring the sales floor reflects brand standards. Partner with the Store Manager to drive business forward and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. This role requires previous management and sales experience, with a focus on instilling a stylist's mentality and driving results.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to wear face mask throughout shift to protect yourself and others around you
- Previous management experience

- Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
- Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders as needed
- Ability to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipment
