Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager, ensuring high standards of food quality, guest satisfaction, safety, and financial performance. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, food/labor costs, budgets, ordering and deliveries, vendor invoices, scheduling, interviewing and disciplining staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and assisting with cost controls and profitability. Must supervise effectively, communicate clearly, manage inventory and documentation, rectify guest complaints, and be able to work any restaurant position as needed. The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Required Qualifications
- One year or more full service or fast food Management experience required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
