Job Summary
Assistant Manager position in Far North Queensland pubs, supporting the Publican to keep the venue running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe. Lead a team of hospitality staff, handle hiccups, and bring energy and smiles during every shift. The role is hands-on with physical duties (manual handling, moving stock, kegs, deliveries) and requires RSA and RSG/RCG per state requirements. Ideal candidates have bar/bistro/gaming-room supervisory experience and are ready to step up as the face of the pub when leadership is away. Required Qualifications
- current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
- hands-on role with manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
