Job Summary
Manage the store in the absence of the store manager by supervising team members, scheduling shifts, and enforcing operational policies. Drive sales and profits through aggressive customer service, merchandising, and inventory control while analyzing financial statements to achieve budgeted goals. Assist with hiring, coaching, and disciplining staff to maintain morale and protect company assets against theft. Establish community relationships, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a safe, clean environment compliant with legal requirements. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, standing for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.
