Assistant Manager

Assistant Store Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include motivating and supervising team members, hiring, coaching, and performance management; driving sales through merchandising and customer service; managing inventory, budgeting, and operating costs; analyzing local market and seasonality, building community relationships, promoting company programs, ensuring a safe and compliant store environment, and supporting marketing strategy adjustments as needed. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
