Assist with daily facility operations and guest experience; support, train, and motivate team members; ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained; help manage shift coverage, employee performance, and customer concerns; monitor attractions and restaurant operations and the overall facility flow; work closely with management to improve efficiency and drive results; growth potential with room for advancement based on performance and commitment; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
