Assistant Manager - Facility

Maintain smooth floor and building operations by overseeing electrical equipment, safety protocols, and statutory inspections across all facilities. Audit maintenance records, fixed installations, emergency systems, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with company policies and agreed procedures. Regularly communicate with staff at all levels to share vital health and safety information, manage vendor relationships, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the FM/Operations Manager. Track building functions including lifts, air conditioning, fire services, and water supply through log books and checklists. Requires a graduate with 4-5 years of experience in the field.
