Job Summary
Inspect and service vehicles quickly and thoroughly while performing multi-point inspections, checking fluid levels, belts, hoses, and tire pressure. Greet customers courteously, advise Service Consultants on additional repairs, and maintain a safe, clean work area by performing courtesies like windshield cleaning. Oversee store operations when the Store Manager is absent, manage inventory, complete stock orders, and open or close the store. Adhere to company core values and the SOS book standards. This hands-on leadership role supports our mission of excellence across 400+ locations.
Required Qualifications

- Desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform all duties described in the SOS book
- Ability to do inventory and complete stock orders
- Ability to open and close the store
- Ability to meet physical requirements including prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- Ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly
- Ability to work at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
- Agreement that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role
