Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales functions while driving productivity and ensuring compliance with company policies. Coach Sales Associates on job performance, participate in hiring interviews, and execute action plans to optimize results and merchandise flow. Maintain sales floor coverage, oversee shipment and replenishment, and resolve customer complaints to exceed expectations. Greet customers, share product and loyalty information, and uphold visual standards to deliver a consistent in-store experience. Maintain adherence to safety policies and company guidelines while supporting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1-3 of relevant job experience
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Minimum of two years relevant experience
- Prior sales management experience
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
