Job Summary
Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople at the 57th Street Flagship Boutique, focusing on delivering elevated, personalized client experiences. Spend time on the selling floor to anticipate needs, analyze boutique and team KPIs, and propose action plans for continuous growth. Provide initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service excellence while fostering a safe, inclusive environment. Collaborate with the Training and Learning Manager to build customized learning support and represent the brand through community partnerships and seasonal events. This role requires in-store presence to uphold operational standards and drive business results, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Cultivating positivity and open communication
- A deep understanding of, and passion for, client experience and service excellence
- Excellent communication skills
