Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of all mall events and on-ground activations, aligning the calendar with business goals, festive campaigns, and retail initiatives. Drive tenant participation and cultivate strategic partnerships while serving as the key liaison for external vendors and organizers. Oversee event budgets, vendor selection, and rigorous ROI tracking to ensure seamless delivery of live experiences. Collaborate with the Brand & Content team for amplification, provide CRM teams with engagement data, and share post-event insights to optimize marketing. Provide project leadership for the division, manage investment prioritization, and own final performance outcomes including footfall generation and tenant value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of proven marketing and event management experience
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, PR, Communications, Event Management, or related disciplines
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills

- Deep understanding of on-ground activations, live events, and experiential design
- Strong understanding of financial planning, event budgeting, and marketing ROI analysis
- High expertise in complex project leadership, timeline management, and vendor sourcing

- Thorough knowledge of retail dynamics, shopper behavior trends, and what drives footfall
- Ability to interpret data (footfall, participation, engagement) to evaluate event performance and optimize future plans
- Strong capabilities in conflict resolution and managing on-ground operational challenges
