Assistant Manager (Evenings)

Supervise day-to-day convenience store operations while maintaining high levels of customer service and brand image standards. Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating team members to ensure retention and a positive customer experience. Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and established daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. Manage inventory, order supplies, and implement monthly promotions with accurate POS posting. Communicate merchandising issues, price changes, and equipment problems to leadership. Report all employee and customer incidents while enforcing safety protocols. This role supports the Assistant Store Manager in delivering Northdale's culture of exceptional service within a fast-paced retail environment.
