Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while leading a team of hospitality staff. Handle operational hiccups before they escalate and bring the energy, service, and smiles every single shift. Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Applicants must possess the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. Required Qualifications
- Current RSA, RSG and RP Badge as per state requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Experience supervising
- Confidence, pride, and people skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the bar, bistro, or gaming room block
- Experience as a Publican
- Experience leading a team
