Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Assist in administering a portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings; report to the Manager and provide professional advice to clients and tenants in property management; act as the company’s representative to handle client/tenant enquiries; collaborate with the building-in-charge to ensure service quality; requires degree in real estate/building management or related discipline and at least 1 year of property management experience, with fluency in English and Chinese and a Hong Kong Estate Agents License being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
- 1 year's relevant experience in sizable property management company
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent client relationship management
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage
