Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Conduct training for non-management staff, analyze reporting to inform decision-making, and perform inventory control while operating Point of Sale systems and fulfilling omnichannel orders. Build visual displays, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales results through best-in-class customer service. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience, CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch, and is available at an annual rate of 36,000€.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
