Job Summary
Assistant Manager of Enrollment Management Communications supports planning, development, and execution of communications for prospective students throughout the recruitment lifecycle, overseeing day-to-day operations for new student recruitment communications, multi-channel campaign development, and ensuring print and digital content quality. Acts as liaison between Enrollment Management units and EM Communications, helps translate strategy into execution, and leads cross-functional projects with internal teams and external vendors; may supervise staff or student workers. Responsibilities include managing printed and digital communications (email campaigns, automations, scheduled flows), inventory of marketing materials, social media strategy, brand/editorial/accessibility compliance; planning and building multi-channel campaigns that cover the full student journey; coordinating with designers and vendors for large mailings; tracking timelines and approvals; content development and editorial support for publications, landing pages, and web assets; CRM deployment, process documentation, and best-practice improvements; embracing new technologies including agentic AI; collaborating with multiple university departments; and tracking performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Required education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher; four years of related administrative experience; preferred five+ years in communications/marketing (higher education preferred); CRM experience strongly preferred. Skills include strong communication, multitasking, collaboration, and familiarity with Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, and content management systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- Four (4) years of related experience in administration
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools, and digital communication platforms
