Job Summary
Assist in managing engineering operations and budgets for Marriott property, including maintenance of building/grounds, energy conservation, and regulatory compliance. Supports development of service contracts, oversees preventive maintenance, coordinates bids with contractors, and ensures guest satisfaction through effective facility management and safety procedures. Leads with hospitality-focused leadership, building relationships with city departments, vendors, and internal teams to maintain asset protection and high standards of property condition.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; no experience required.
