Job Summary
Assist in engineering management for HVAC VRF product development including refrigeration cycle optimization, system design (outdoor/indoor unit selection, balancing), prototype validation, ISO compliance, VAVE cost optimization, BOM/engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration across design centers and sourcing teams in India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years experience in HVAC Light commercial / VRF products
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in product development process
- Experience in HVAC product testing and performance analysis
- Understanding of ISO standards related to air conditioning systems and global compliance requirements
- Exposure to Inverter technology, VRF
- Exposure to product life cycle management tool
- Exposure to VAVE and cost optimization projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
