Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Employee Workplace Solutions within HSBC’s International Wealth and Premier Banking leads New-to-Bank overseas Indian opportunities from corporate clients, ensures KYC/AML compliance, plans localized marketing events with internal teams to generate leads, collaborates with Branch Banking, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Salary teams to drive revenue, maintains timely call reports and MIS, responds to GCEP complaints with urgency, and upholds fair outcomes and professional integrity while supporting continuous development and an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is an advantage
