Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling hiccups before they turn into headaches. Lead a team of staff across the public bar, bistro, and gaming room, ensuring energetic service and positive vibes every shift. Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew, managing lodging guests and top-tier gaming operations during peak rushes. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries as part of regular duties. Required Qualifications
- You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
- You've learned from great managers and now you're ready to step up
- You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You've got a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Candidates will be required to complete Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
