Job Summary
Assist the general manager in directing daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver performance feedback. Set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Perform duties in the absence of the general manager, participate in training opportunities, motivate and coach staff, delegate daily tasks, ensure policies are followed, and maintain positive working relationships. Requires leadership and organizational skills, a degree in business administration or similar, strong interpersonal/communication skills, problem-solving ability, observation skills, constructive critique, computer literacy, and basic math.
