Job Summary
Lead the store by demonstrating Team Member and Shift Leader standards with enthusiasm, enforcing cash-handling policies, and managing inventory to control waste. Drive sales through speed and service while solving problems in-the-moment to foster goal-surpassing speed. Partner with the General Manager on all facets of store operations, including organizing administrative tasks, rotating inventory, and verifying orders. Champion a culture of fun and ownership by teaching the team to build lasting connections with guests and addressing root causes of issues. Hit sales and business goals while maintaining an open relationship with leadership and embracing a learner's mindset for continuous development.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- Able to bend
- Able to reach
- Able to sit
- Able to move intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
