Job Summary
Demonstrate Team Member and Shift Leader skills with enthusiasm while developing General Manager-level business acumen over a year. Lead store operations by solving problems in-the-moment, enforcing cash-handling policies, managing inventory, and rotating stock to control waste. Hit sales goals through speed and service, connect daily behaviors to profit and loss outcomes, and organize administrative tasks to drive overall store success. Champion the brand's core values by fostering an open, trusting relationship with the General Manager and creating sustainable changes through root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to move intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
