Job Summary
Assistant General Manager (AGM) growth role developing future leaders to think strategically about the store and overall Caribou business. Partners with the General Manager to run the store, drive sales, manage inventory and cash handling, lead and develop a team, resolve issues calmly, and connect daily activities to the store’s Profit & Loss. Focuses on creating a constructive, values-driven environment and aligning day-to-day actions with long-term store success while delivering day-making experiences for guests.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
