Job Summary
Demonstrate Team Member and Shift Leader capabilities with enthusiasm while developing General Manager-level business understanding. Lead problem resolution with calm professionalism, enforce cash-handling policies, and manage inventory to control waste. Hit sales goals through speed and service, connecting daily administrative tasks to overall business success. Champion core values by fostering an environment of fun and ownership, seeking root causes for sustainable change. Build open relationships with the General Manager and lead with a global view of the Caribou brand. Requires 1-3 years of restaurant or retail experience, at least one shift including early mornings, evenings, holidays, or weekends, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Physical requirements: hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
