Job Summary
Assistant Manager - EHS role involves reviewing and approving HSE plans and emergency procedures, conducting site safety trainings, performing HRA audits and reporting remedial actions, ensuring compliance with BOCW Act 1998 at sites, implementing PTW and JSA/HIRA/SWMS reviews, conducting regular safety inspections and audits, generating NCN/penalties for major non-compliances, delivering safety inductions, evaluating on-site HSE resources per contract, capturing near misses and first aid data for RCA/CAPA, and fostering a zero-harm safety culture through regular safety walks and meetings, with fluency in English and Hindi. Role is with Cushman & Wakefield and located at Gurgaon, India (on-site) with standard on-site responsibilities and client-facing reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Engineering degree
- NEBOSH IGC
- OHSAS 30 Hrs
- IOSH Managing Safely
- 8+ years’ experience in managing an EHS on site
