Job Summary
Lead product strategy and roadmap for EdTech offerings aligned to business goals; identify market opportunities in courses, certifications, and skill programs; own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch with clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features; build seamless learner journeys, optimize conversion funnels (search → discovery → enrolment), and drive engagement and retention through personalization; manage partnerships with universities, course providers, and training institutes to onboard offerings and ensure content standardization; define and track metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, engagement, retention) and run experiments (A/B tests) to drive growth; plan go-to-market and scaling with marketing for catalog expansion, pricing models, bundles, and feature rollouts.
