Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring consistent product training, analyzing commercial reports, and managing stock file accuracy. Exceed sales targets, ATV, and conversion goals while assisting with payroll spend, recruitment, and team retention. Coach and motivate the team to deliver a customer-first experience, manage performance in line with company processes, and maintain an inclusive environment. Work 37.5 hours weekly in the Edinburgh George Street store. Space NK is a leading beauty retailer committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Required Qualifications
