Job Summary
Oversee shift operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Lead daily restaurant functions by coaching team members, resolving conflicts, and utilizing POS systems and inventory tools. Build relationships with guests and staff through supportive interactions while managing a 40-hour week with rotating evening and weekend shifts. Requires six months of hospitality experience, high school diploma, and ability to stand or walk for eight to ten hours. Required Qualifications
- 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
