Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in developing a team of Crew and Shift Leaders to deliver great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing staff, communicating expectations and ensuring training, enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining brand standards, driving production, productivity and quality, reviewing guest feedback, driving improvements, controlling costs, managing cash handling, inventory, and labor scheduling, and executing new product rollouts and team training to meet sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
