Assistant Manager — Dyer, IN: Manage daily operations of a fast-paced retail store, supervise staff (Custodians, Drive Thru Ambassadors, Sales Production Associates, Textile Sales Associates), recruit and train team, monitor performance, provide coaching and discipline, oversee inventory, merchandising, store operations, customer service, and safety.
