Job Summary
Lead daily site operations at a large workforce accommodations facility (500 rooms scaling to 2,000), overseeing facilities maintenance, dining and food services, cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry; provide strategic leadership and hands-on project management; ensure guest experience, client satisfaction, and safety; manage hiring, onboarding, performance, budgeting, forecasting, and staffing to maintain profitability and service excellence across multiple departments; senior-level hospitality/ accommodations leadership with 5-8 years' experience; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related discipline; proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant systems; strong ownership, empathy, and customer service orientation; comfortable guiding teams through rapid scale-up; equal opportunity employer with accommodations available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive hospitality or accommodations management experience
- operational leadership roles with multiple service streams
- post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related discipline
- financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality or facilities management systems
- ownership, empathy, customer service, and responsiveness to guest and client needs
- ability to operate in fast-growth, high-complexity environments and lead teams through scale-up
