Assistant Manager

Direct the overall operation of the restaurant by driving sales and profitability through execution of the Company's business plan. Oversee a team of employees delivering exceptional guest service while fostering teamwork through effective training, communication, and relationship building. Conduct yourself professionally with customers, Team Members, and corporate management by adhering to state and Federal labor laws and Dunkin brand standards. Maintain integrity and accountability in all situations. This role requires previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and financial literacy. A vehicle and valid Driver's License are required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs. Submit to a background check.
