Assistant Manager

Direct the overall operation of the restaurant by driving sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company's business plan. Oversee a team of employees delivering exceptional guest service while fostering teamwork through training, communication, and relationship building. Manage financial performance, adhere to all state and Federal labor and health laws, and act as a role model for Team Members. Maintain professional conduct with customers, Team Members, and corporate management while working with integrity, honesty, and accountability. This role requires previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates must possess financial literacy, access to a vehicle with a valid Driver's License, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Submit to a background check as part of the hiring process.
