Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Quality Brand Group LLC (Dunkin’ franchisee) overseeing shift operations, leading a team of Crew Members, assisting the Restaurant Manager with planning and directing store operations, controlling labor and food costs, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and supporting recruiting, training, and performance management to deliver a high-quality guest experience. Responsible for maintaining brand standards, executing marketing initiatives, and participating in store-level decision making and meetings when applicable. Ideal for someone aiming for long-term restaurant management progression through demonstrated leadership, guest focus, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires lifting 30 to 50 pounds and use of motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching and repetitive wrist/finger movements
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to manage shift operations and guest experience
Desired Qualifications
