Job Summary
Manage the entire store operation by supervising employees in inventory merchandising, losses, and work hours while assisting with product ordering and sales plans. Oversee shift execution by preparing products to quality standards, assigning crew positions, and providing timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success. Drive team performance to ensure guests are satisfied, monitor cleanliness and food safety compliance, and control labor and food costs throughout the shift. This role serves as a development pathway to Restaurant Manager, requiring fluency in English and physical capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Math and writing skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- This position requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt. Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes and nonslip shoes are required.
Desired Qualifications
