Job Summary
Direct overall restaurant operations by driving sales and profitability through the Company's business plan while managing financial performance. Oversee a team of employees, handling hiring, training, and communication to foster teamwork and exceptional guest service. Act as a role model by adhering to state and Federal labor laws, health regulations, and brand standards while conducting yourself professionally with customers and corporate management. Maintain integrity and accountability in all situations. Requires previous fast food experience, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
