Job Summary
Direct the overall operation of the restaurant by driving sales and profitability through the Company's business plan. Oversee a team of employees delivering exceptional guest service while fostering teamwork through training and communication. Manage financial performance, adhere to state and Federal labor and health laws, and act as a role model for all Team Members. Maintain professional conduct with customers, staff, and corporate management while working under pressure and multi-tasking. Requires previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, financial literacy, access to a vehicle with a valid Driver's License, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
