Job Summary
Lead a team of Crew Members and Shift Leaders by fostering a respectful environment, providing coaching, and resolving employee concerns. Assist in recruitment, selection, and training while supporting development through cross-training and effective delegation. Drive profitability by executing marketing initiatives, controlling labor and food costs, and monitoring performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Model exceptional guest service, hold guests as the highest priority, and address concerns promptly to maintain brand standards. Complete required training including ServSafe® certification and comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
- Focus on guest service and satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for people
- Dependability
- Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
- Math and financial management
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
