Oversee a team of employees, delivering exceptional guest service through effective training, communication, and relationship building to foster a positive working environment. Conduct yourself professionally with customers, Team Members, and corporate management, acting as a role model by adhering to all labor, health, and brand policies. Utilize strong leadership and analytical skills to multi-task under pressure, ensuring integrity and accountability in all situations. Requires previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience, top-notch customer service, and a valid Driver's License with access to a vehicle.
