Job Summary
Direct overall restaurant operations by driving sales and profitability through execution of the business plan while overseeing a team that delivers exceptional guest service. Manage financial performance and foster teamwork through effective training, communication, and relationship building. Act as a role model by adhering to all state and federal labor and health laws, upholding company policies, and conducting yourself professionally with integrity when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management. This role requires previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and financial literacy. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs. Applicants must submit to a background check.
