Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role at Stylerunner Double Bay. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering standout customer experiences, driving KPIs, and managing floor operations, stock, and visuals. The position involves coaching team members, supporting training and development, stepping in to run the store when needed, and upholding safety, compliance, and visual standards. Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, a passion for fashion, wellness, and premium product, strong communication and people-management skills, a proven KPI-driven performance record, and strong organizational abilities. The roster includes Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday shifts, with benefits and opportunities for growth within the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
- Confident communication and people leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
- A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
- Ready to work a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday roster
