Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while maintaining perfect adherence to policies and standards. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare products for service. Process telephone and in-person orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Maintain daily facility and equipment cleanliness, ensure store image, and support marketing efforts to drive profitability. Work a schedule with varying hours on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 25 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and possess accurate math and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to lift 25 lbs without assistance
- Have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on time
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Will approve a pre-employment background check
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time during a shift
- Available and willing to work a schedule with varying hours on a daily basis
