Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store during your shift, including leading the team, setting customer service standards, controlling costs, and ensuring food quality. You will staff the store, process orders over the phone and in person, operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and maintain facility cleanliness. Coordinate deliveries by car to customers, navigate the designated area, and handle door hangers while adhering to all policies. This role requires valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, and availability for 8- or 10-hour shifts with weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make the correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying the product
